Scott Pederson produces events, experiences, music, products, and projects to a truly worldwide audience and has done so for nearly three decades. Scott is a GRAMMY-nominated mix engineer and John Lennon Songwriting Award-winning artist who picked up his first trumpet at the age of 9 and fell in love with music. As the son of conservatory-trained musicians including a pillar of technology in music theory, form, and analysis education, Scott is highly passionate about the use of tech as a powerful learning catalyst, has extensive teaching and academic advisory experience including the University of Tennessee, and currently sits on several education and tech-focused advisory and executive boards across the United States.

Scott performed and production managed thousands of shows in all sizes as a national touring artist before taking over ownership and operation of a successful, award-winning recording studio. Scott has productively served as a top-level business consultant, CTO, National Sales Manager, Global Business Development Director, and Strategic Partnerships Director by creatively blending service-forward leadership, event management, and cutting-edge technology into cohesive, on-brand experiences for hundreds of companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 50. Gregory Green - CTO - Nashville

Gregory Green combines over 25 years of experience in technology design, engineering, and implementation with over a decade in managerial consulting, executive leadership, and services delivery. He enjoys both the intricacies of technology and the collaborative efforts necessary to deliver exceptional solutions to a myriad of problems. Gregory holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Evansville, Indiana, as well as an MBA and Masters Degree in Marketing from the Melbourne Business School, Melbourne, Australia. This specific conglomeration of knowledge allows him to offer insight like no other within the realm of production, as he is keenly aware of both sides: backend needs and consumer experience.

Gregory’s previous roles include senior technology architect positions for large-scale enterprise networks in government, education, healthcare, and Fortune 500 companies where performance and reliability are critical. Over the past decade, he has brought this structured tech background to event infrastructure for live productions. Gregory has designed and implemented technical solutions for hundreds of events in over 30 countries for a wide range of events, tours, festivals, major esports tournaments, and broadcasts.

Sam Haiman - COO - Nashville

Sam Haiman grew up in the world of live broadcast and production.  He was raised in an atmosphere where working on mobile truck units and putting in hours as an A2 were commonplace. Through this kind of upbringing, Sam was able to brush shoulders with artists such as the Lumineers, Allman Brothers, Brandi Carlisle, and Aerosmith before even graduating high school. 

Now as a graduate of the Institute of Audio Research and the Berklee College of Music, Sam has worked in practically all areas of audio production from broadcast on multi-million dollar shows to location sound for indie films. He has worked for large-scale clients across multiple industries - Meta, NBA, NFL, NHL, Nascar, Apple Music, Spotify, and CMT to name a few. 

These days, Sam can most often be found behind a console mixing for film, music, podcasts, and television. However, live production still holds a special place in his heart as the energy on set is always infectious and takes him back to his roots.

Rob Macomber - NYC

Rob Macomber is a five time GRAMMY and Emmy Award winner as well as former chief engineer of the Music/Broadcast Studios at Jazz at Lincoln Center who now puts his extensive knowledge in music, audio, and technology to good use by joining RPG. This also allows him to continue collaborating with longtime comrade John Harris. 

For 20 years, Rob recorded, mixed and produced over 3,000 live musical performances from the prestigious New York City music venue working along side great musical talents including Wynton Marsalis, Eric Clapton, Willie Nelson, Sting, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Tony Bennett, Santana, Chick Corea, Dave Brubeck, Lang Lang and Joshua Bell. While his star studded client list is sure to catch attention, in addition, Rob has recorded and/or mixed for highly-rated television broadcasts such as HBO’s U2 Live in Paris and Justin Timberlake's 2008 “FutureSexLoveShow”, The Oscars, GRAMMY Awards, Tony Awards, VMA’s, CMA’s, CMT’s and numerous others. 

Not to be confined to just one area of expertise, Rob has an extensive background in the studio. He served as audio technical supervisor on U2’s 3D Imax film as well as supervising editor and mixer for Bob Dylan’s Theme Time Radio Hour on SXM Radio. He also served as an audio technical engineer on the 2021 Spielberg film “West Side Story.”

Tom Davis - Nashville

Tom Davis has worked his way through all available areas of video, film, and music production since his start in 1970’s Hollywood. He has a history of leaving things better than he found them with notable examples like Post Logic Studios, 525 Post Production, and now RPG

SeisMic Sound in Nashville, Tennessee has been home for Tom since 1994. He has stayed on the cutting edge of technology his entire career by being an early adopter of innovations. Tom's dedication to progress ensured that SeisMic Sound became the first mix-to-picture immersive studio in Nashville with a Dolby certified 9.1.4 Atmos mix facility in 2022. He jumped head first into immersive mixing for Billy Joel: Live at Yankee Stadium, earning him the credit of Atmos mixer for the first theatrically released Dolby Atmos concert film in history

Anthony Falcone - Nashville

Anthony Falcone is a Keystone state native who finished music production coursework with prestigious honors from Middle Tennessee State University. After graduation, he immediately hit the West Coast, immersing himself in the LA entertainment scene with multi-platinum engineer, mixer, and producer, Dave Aron.  He assisted in the design, construction, and operation of Aron’s Hollywood Way studio – home of groundbreaking albums for Tupac Shakur, Prince, Sublime, Lil’ Kim, R. Kelly, The Notorious B.I.G., and Snoop Dogg.

Falcone’s reputation for delivering quality under pressure landed him an engineer role on Jennifer Lopez’s “Dance Again… the Hits” earning him his first RIAA certified Platinum Record with over one million downloads and half a billion views on YouTube. Fluent with genres spanning from bluegrass to black metal, he brings one of a kind perspective to every project. Zak has carefully honed his diverse skill set over more than two decades of experience in all facets of music production.
