Tom Davis - Nashville

Tom Davis began working in the entertainment field as a camera-man in the Los Angeles area for General Telephone in 1975. Since then, he has worked his way through virtually all areas of video, film, and music production. He has a history of leaving things better than he found them with notable examples like the expansion of TEC Award-winning Post Logic Studios in 1986 and the integration of audio workflow at 525 Post Production in 1990. 

His career has garnered multiple awards and honors from the International Monitor Awards, the International Teleproduction Society, and the TEC Awards. His nominations include a CLIO nomination, and Emmy Nominations for Barry Manilow Music and Passion, as well as for One Last Time: An Evening with Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga.

Jody Elff - New York

Jody Elff - New York

Jody Elff is a GRAMMY Award-winning audio engineer, sound designer, and artist. Elff has mixed countless televised network concert events. His orchestral collaborations include Yuval Sharon with the LA Philharmonic and Lincoln Center Festival. He has made field recordings of folk music in Morocco and Ethiopia, and his work with Yo-Yo Ma’s Silk Road Ensemble includes recording 3 albums and engineering hundreds of performances in venues around the world. Jody is the founder and owner of Little Dog Live, a pioneer in high-fidelity live-streaming services.

Elff’s corporate design work includes site-specific sound installations for Target and Turner Networks. His fine art sound works have been presented at museums and galleries internationally, including collaborations with David Lang and Diller & Scofido and Renfro on “Musings on a Glass Box” at Fondation Cartier in Paris and “The Mile Long Opera” in NYC. He was commissioned to create a sound installation, “Strata” which is permanently on display in Lyon, France. In 2018-2019 Elff was the audio engineer for Michelle Obama’s “Becoming” international book tour and began 2020 with Oprah Winfrey’s “2020 Vision” tour.

Anthony Falcone is a Keystone state native who finished music production coursework with prestigious honors from Middle Tennessee State University and immediately hit the West Coast, immersing himself in the LA entertainment scene with multi-platinum engineer, mixer and producer Dave Aron.  He assisted in the design, construction, and operation of Aron’s Hollywood Way studio – home of groundbreaking albums for Tupac Shakur, Prince, Sublime, Lil’ Kim, R. Kelly, The Notorious B.I.G., and Snoop Dogg.

Falcone’s reputation for delivering quality under pressure landed him an engineer role on Jennifer Lopez’s “Dance Again… the Hits” earning him his first RIAA certified Platinum Record with >1M downloads and 495M YouTube views. His client roster includes: Marc Anthony, Prince, Snoop Dogg, Ginuwine, David Lee Roth, Jada Pinkett Smith and Willow, Skrillex, Taylor Dayne, Luke James, Nipsey Hussle, YG, DJ Mustard, Kurupt, Daniel Marley and Daz Dillinger, co-producing a track for D’manti with Luny Toons that would become a #15 Billboard Dance Charts hit.  Falcone has received multiple Telly awards for the work he both penned and produced for Education Connection, a project that aired for five years with millions of fans.

Gregory Green combines over 25 years experience in technology design, engineering, and implementation with over a decade in managerial consulting, executive leadership, and services delivery. He enjoys both the intricacies of technology and the collaborative efforts necessary to deliver exceptional solutions. Gregory holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Evansville, Indiana, as well as an MBA and Masters Degree in Marketing from the Melbourne Business School, Melbourne, Australia.

Previous roles include senior technology architect positions for large-scale enterprise networks in government, education, healthcare, and Fortune 500 companies where performance and reliability are critical. Over the past decade, he has brought this structured tech background to event infrastructure for live productions. Sam Haiman - Nashville

Sam Haiman literally grew up in live broadcast production.  He was raised on mobile truck units and before leaving high school he was working on the sides of stages as an A2 for artists such as the Lumineers, Allman Brothers, Brandi Carlisle and Aerosmith. 

A graduate of the Institute of Audio Research and the Berklee College of Music, Sam has worked in virtually all aspects of audio production from broadcast to location sound to broadcast.  He has worked for large-scale clients across multiple industries - Meta, NBA, NFL, NHL, Nascar, Apple Music, Spotify and CMT to name a few.

Rob Macomber - NYC

Rob Macomber - 5x GRAMMY and Emmy Award winner and former chief engineer of the Music/Broadcast Studios at Jazz at Lincoln Center - now puts his extensive knowledge in music, audio and technology to good use joining RPG and collaborating with longtime comrades John Harris and Jody Elff. 

For 20 years, Rob recorded, mixed and produced over 3000 live musical performances from the prestigious New York City music venue working along side great musical talents including Wynton Marsalis, Eric Clapton, Willie Nelson, Sting, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Tony Bennett, Santana, Chick Corea, Dave Brubeck, Lang Lang and Joshua Bell.

Over the course of his career, Rob has recorded and/or mixed for highly-rated television broadcasts such as HBO’s U2 Live in Paris and Justin Timberlake's 2008 “FutureSexLoveShow”, The Oscars, GRAMMY Awards, Tony Awards, VMA’s, CMA’s, CMT’s and numerous others. 

In addition to mixing live, Rob has an extensive background in the studio. He served as audio technical supervisor on U2’s 3D Imax film as well as supervising editor and mixer for Bob Dylan’s Theme Time Radio Hour on SXM Radio. He also served as an audio technical engineer on the 2021 Spielberg film “West Side Story.”

Scott Pederson - Nashville

Scott Pederson produces events, experiences, music, products, and projects to a truly worldwide audience and has done so for nearly three decades. Scott is a GRAMMY-nominated mix engineer and John Lennon Songwriting Award-winning artist who picked up his first trumpet at the age of 9 and fell in love with music. As the son of conservatory-trained musicians including a pillar of technology in music theory, form, and analysis education, Scott is highly passionate about the use of tech as a powerful learning catalyst, has extensive teaching and academic advisory experience including the University of Tennessee, and currently sits on several education and tech-focused advisory and executive boards across the United States.

Scott performed and production managed thousands of shows in all sizes as a national touring artist before taking over ownership and operation of a successful, award-winning recording studio.
